| Object:Gastric ulcer(GU)is a normal disease in internal medicine system,which has a higher incidence of attacking and recurring with the more and more acceleration of the living rhythm in the past few years,its mobidity was going up while its attacking age was going down.How to crue it has become a focus in medical research at the present time. Atthe same time,improving the curative effect of peptic ulcer to prevent recurrence of it is one of the problems in treating PU,Doctors of modern medicine and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)have been searching for the effective ways to solve it.Research in resent years shows that quality of ulcer healing(QOUH)has close relationship with recurrence of Ulcer,and that deficiency of spleen and stomach,staynation of Qi and blood,and alternate attacks of chills and fever are the main pathologic mechanism to affect QOUH。So,according to clinical practice that Anwei soup can treat PU and prevent relapse of GU,investigate the possible mechanisms of resisting recurrence of GU and protecting gastric mucosa,provide the theory reference data for clinical practice, and do many things for guiding the clinical practice and finding a new traditional Chinese medicine on mucosal pretection。Methods:sixty clean SD big white rats were randomly divided into 6 groups:normal control group,Model group,high dose group,medium dose group,low dose group and cimetidine group.Except normal control group,rats were induced chronic gastric ulcer with 100%aceticacid。At the second day after being modeled,all of the rats were treated for sixteen days(The rats of the normal control group and model group were fed on equal physiological saline).Sixteen days later,all the rats were picked their eyes away to collect blood in order to detect Plasma ET,Remove the stomach and measure the ulcer index.get stomach tissue for SOD,MDA,derive the ulcer scar tissue to slice, observe the ulcers Pathological situation after HE dyeing.determine the thickness of regenerative mucosa,and the thickness variations of granulation tissue which were made by micro scopic ruler. Result:1,Anwei soup therapy Group and cemitidine group can reduce the rats'gastric ulcer index.There was remarkable difference between the high dose group and the cimetidine group(P＜0.01)。There was not significant difference between medium dose group and cimetidine group(P＞0.05)。2,The determination the thickness of the regeneratice mucosa on chronic gastric ulcer rats has showed compared with normal control group,the thickness of gastric mucosa decreased significantly in the model group((P＜0.01),Compared with model group,the thickness of regenerative mucosa increased and cystic dilative glands decreased in the high dose group,medium dose group,low dose group and cimetidine group(P＜0.05 0.01).There was remarkable difference between the high dose group and the cimetidine group(P＜0.05).and there was not significant difference between the high dose group and the normal control group(P＞0.05).3,The determination of the thickness variations of granulation tissue in the ulcer region on chronic gastric ulcer rats has showed that Anwei soup therapy group of the granulation tissue in the ulcer region in different degree;There was not remarkable difference between the high dose group and the normal control group(P＞0.05), Compared with cimetidine group,the thickness of granulation tissue in the ulcer region.didn't increase significantly in the high dose group(P＞0.05),There was remarkable difference between high,medium,low dose group and cimetidine group and model group(P＜0.05-0.01)。4,The determination of the content of ET and MDA has showed that there was very remarkable difference between model group and normal group(P＜0.01),high dose group,medium dose group,low dose group and cimetidine group had lower content obviously than model group(P＜0.05-0.01)。There was remarkable difference between high dose group and medium dose group(P＜0.05)。5,The determination of the content of SOD has showed that compared with model group, the content of SOD increased obviously in the normal group,high dose group and cimetidine group(P＜0.01)。There was significant difference between high dose group and cimetidine group(P＜0.05)。There was not significant difference between normal group and high dose group(P＞0.05)。Conclusion:Anwei soup Can promote the growth of the granulation tissue and the development of gastric mucosa in the ulcer region,thus,accelerate the ulcer healing up and pervent it from recurrence,and the effects was better than simetidine。It might be due to improvement of gastric mucosal surface gel thickness and the SOD levels and its decrease of the ET and MDA levels。improving protective effect on gastric mucosa was one of possible mechanisms on Anwei soup preventing relapse of PU。provide a reference data for understanding the mechanism of this therapeutic method。Meanwhile, this study is valuable for guiding the clinical practice in treating peptic ulcer and development of new medication。... |
