| Objective: To discuss the effect of Cuochuang granule on cure the acne and explore the mechanism of action. Method: The levels of T were detected by radioimmunoassay, estimate the coefficient of testes, epididymis, funis, prostate gland, uterus, adrenal ,to observe the influence in level of hormone. Observe the action on reduce the fever which was induced by 2,4-dinitrophenol in rats;the experiment in auricle swelling induced by xylol in mice, in capillary permeability induce by acetic acid in mice , in white corpuscle move about induce by CMC in rats ,to observe the anti-inflammatory action;detective the bleed time and coagulation time in mice, platelet aggregation time of rate, to observe the anti-inflammatory action. Results: acne granule could induce the elevating serum testosterone level induced by TP in rats, induce the epididymis, funis, prostate gland weight. Increase the uterus weight in rats witch had an amputation of ovary;it has significant antipyretic effect on fevered rats induced by 2,4-dinitrophenol;decrease abdominal capillary permeability induce by acetic acid in mice;ease auricle swelling induced by xylol in mice;depress white corpuscle move about;short the bleed time and extend the coagulation time;depress platelet aggregation. Conclusion: Cuochuang granule is useful of acne, reduce the complaint of patients, because of it can regulate the levels of hormone in vivo, relieve of the symptoms in the early and moderate inflammatory process, improve the circulating of blood. |
