The Clinical Study On Acne Vulgaris Treaed By Liang Xue Jie Du Pill

ObjectIve:To observe the clinical efficacy of liang xue jie du pill in the treatment on acne vulgaris.Methods:120 acne vulgaris patients were randomly devided into two groups.70 cases in treating group,50 cases in control group.Respectively used liang xue jie du pill and TSN Capsule.To investigate the serum level of Testosterone(T) and Estradiol(E2) in treating group.Contrasting the clinical effect and the T,E2 level before and after treatment in treating group.Rsult:The total effective ratio respectively is 92.4%,79.2% in two groups(P<0.05).In treating group the serum T level remarkably decreased (P<0.05),while E2 no remarkable change.Conclusion: Liang xue jie du pill could significantly eliminate the symptom of acne,and the curative effect was superior to TSN capsule;Liang xue jie du pill can decrease serum T;It improved that liang xue jie du pill is a safe and effective medicine tresting acne vulgaris,and it deserves the further development and use.
