Objective:To discuss the distributing law and developing law of syndrome pattern of Chinese medicine of hepatocirrhosis .Methods: First, choosing patients of early hepatocirrhosis and ascites caused by hepatocirrhosis as objects of research ;second, collecting clinical information face to face from the patients;third, confirming syndrome patterns of Chinese medicine, harmed Zang-Fu organs and syndrome factors;finally, analysing the distributing and developing laws of syndrome ,Zang-Fu organs and syndrome factors. Results: The syndrome patterns of Chinese medicine of hepatocirrhosis are mostly liver and spleen stagnated extravasated blood and hot-damp stagnated, As the state of hepatocirrhosis bevolving, the frequencies of cold-damp stagnated spleen , hot-damp stagnated , liver and spleen stagnated extravasated blood,Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney increase. The Zang-Fu organs damaged by hepatocirrhosis are mostly liver, spleen, kidney, gallbladder and so on,among which liver and spleen are the two main damaged organs. As the state of hepatocirrhosis evolving, the frequencies of damage to spleen, kidney, gallbladder and stomach increase. Most hepatocirrhosis cases are due to damp, extravasated blood ,hot, stasis of Qi,As the state of hepatocirrhosis evolving, the frequencies of heat, extravasated blood ,deficiency of Yang and cold increase. Conclusion:There are some distributing and developing laws of the syndrome pattern of Chinese medicine, location of disease and syndrome factors of hepatocirrhosis.Extravasated blood and hot-damp stagnated are the two main syndrome factors of hepatocirrhosis,As the state of hepatocirrhosis evolving, aggravation of wearing Zheng-Qi and frequencies of deficiency of Yang, cold and extravasated blood increase.
