| Diabetic nephropathy(DN),as the most common complications of diabetes mellitus(DM), has become the most important cause which lead to end-stage renal disease and it is one of the chief causes of death in DM patients. But,there are no ideal measures and drugs in modern medicine , the therapy coming from the traditional Chinese medicine shows great prospects.Research technique: Collect and look up the related exposition of past dynasties of Chinese medicine ancient doctors concerning DN, to put forward the major characteristic and pathogenesis of the ill ,the treatment method of traditional Chinese medicine is discussed.This research has reviewed related 677 literatures. (key word: DN, traditional Chinese medicine. CNKI-CHKD Chinese hospital knowledge storehouse), collected the reports in DN of traditional Chinese medicine from 1994 to 2005,to discuss the differential treatment,treatment method.At last,the thesis analyzed and confirmed the advantages of the medical treatment with DN,the present problems and the developmental direction in Chinese medicine clinical and scientific research was discussed . |
