Experimental Study Of Acupuncture Of Different Acupoints On The Spontaneously Hypertensive Rat Blood Pressure

The foundation of acupuncture and moxibustion was the specificity of acupoints.From another point of view,no specificity of acupoints,no acupuncture and moxibustion.After establishment of the People's Republic of China,scientific research personnels had investigated the specificity of acupoints in different aspects.The researches of the specificity of acupoints included the specificity of structure of acupoints,specificity of biological and physical characters and specificity of domino effects of acupoints.The specificity of structure of acupoints was investigated in the first place.But until now it hadn't been found any special structure.At present,nerve was believed to be the main substance of modal foundation of acupoints,because most of acupoints were located in the trunk of nerve or near the nerve. The research work of recent years showed that the structure of acupoints should be the conformity of space structure of multi- tissues. So we should start the research keystone in structure of acupoints from solid structure of acupoints. The research work of morphologic had proved the characteristic of TCM-concept of organic wholeness. The research work of the specificity of function and domino effect of acupoints was rare and rests on observation of phenomena and domino effects. The rules and mechanisms were rarely discussed and summarized systemically.So this experiment regarded spontaneously hypertensive rats as the research objects and chose Quchi (LI11)of the Large intestine meridian of hand yangming,Zusanli (ST36)of the Stomach meridian of the foot yangming ,Taichong (LR3)of the Liver meridian of the foot jueyin,Baihui (DU20)of the Governor meridian ,Shenmen (HT7)of the Heart meridian of the hand shaoyin,Ganshu (UB18)of the Urinary bladder meridian of the foot taiyang,Guanyuan (RN4)of the Conception meridian and Neiguan (PC6)of the Pericardium meridian of the hand jueyin as observational points. SHR was selected as pathological model because of its similarity of human being's spontaneous hypertension. Measure the blood pressure with BP-6 system .We studied these mechanisams of treating EH with 8 acupoints to provide new thoughtways of theory for specificity of acupoints . Mainly results:⒈influences of electroacupuncture on SHR blood pressure and heart rate:⑴Systolic pressure and diastolic pressure of SHR was remarkably higher than that of the Wistar rats (P<0.05)and the heart rate of SHR was the same as that of the Wistar rats(P>0.05).⑵After electroacupuncture prick,systolic pressure after electroacupuncture of quchi group ,zusanli group,shenmen group ,ganshu group,guanyuan group,neiguan group and taichong group more remarkably decreased than that of contrast group(P<0.05).Systolic pressure after electroacupuncture of baihui group, jianyu group and weijian group didn't change(P>0.05).⑶After electroacupuncture prick,diastolic pressure after electroacupuncture of quchi group ,zusanli group,shenmen group ,ganshu group,guanyuan group,neiguan group and taichong group more remarkably decreased than that of contrast group(P<0.05) . Diastolic pressure after electroacupuncture of baihui group, jianyu group and weijian group didn't change(P>0.05).⑷After electroacupuncture prick,decalage of systolic pressure and diastolic pressure of quchi group ,taichong group ,shenmen group and neiguan group more remarkably decreased than that of contrast group(P<0.05). Decalage of systolic pressure and diastolic pressure of zusanli group ,baihui group ,ganshu group,guanyuan group,jianyu group and weijian group didn't change (P>0.05).⑸After electroacupuncture prick, the heart beat rates of all the treating groups didn't change (P>0.05).⒉influences of electroacupuncture on AngII of SHR The level of AngII of SHR was remarkably lower than the wistar rats(P<0.05) . After electroacupuncture prick,the level of AngII of quchi group ,zusanli group,taichong group,baihui group,shenmen group,ganshu group,guanyuan group neiguan group and jianyu group remarkably decreased than contrast group(P<0.05) .3 influences of electroacupuncture on ALD of SHR The level of ALD of SHR was remarkably higher than the wistar rats (P<0.05). The level of ALD of SHR for shenmen group ,zusanli group and guanyuan group remarkably decreased than that of contrast group(P<0.05). 4 influences of electroacupuncture on ANP for SHR The level of ANP of SHR was remarkably lower than the wistar rats . The level of ANP of SHR shenmen group and guanyuan group aremarkably in -creased than that of contrast group(P<0.05).Conclusions:⑴Acupuncture could remarkably decrease the blood pressure of SHR .Compared with jianyu and weijian, acupoints had relative specificity.⑵Acupuncture adjusted biology active substances and different acupoints had relative specificity.
