The Application Of Modern Project Management Plan For The Hospital Building Projects In Dianchi Lake

Project management as an emerging management science, was born during World War II, after several decades of development, the rapid expansion of its field of application to all industries, especially in enterprises have a wide application. A lot of Practice has shown that this advanced management mode can improve work efficiency, reduce costs, ensure quality, and can greatly enhance the success rate of projects. But compared with Western developed countries, China's current overall level of project management is lower. Yunnan Metropolitan Construction Investment Co. Ltd. as the main urban construction in Yunnan province implementation of the enterprise and assumes an important city in the province's mandate should also strengthen projects in the planning of research and application. Therefore, the theory of this paper project in Dianchi hospital construction projects in the process of the implementation and application of practice for companies engaged in project management provide good views and suggestions.In this paper, firstly, we introduced the development of construction project management in China, the problems of China Construction project management, the characteristics of Dianchi hospital construction projects, the significance of the application of modern project management methods and this research method, contents and objectives. Secondly, we introduced modern methods and project management plan theoretical basis. Again, the author introduced Dianchi hospital construction projects under the characteristics of the standard project management plan process provided by Project Management Association of the United States and the Project Management Research Committee of China (PMRC), designed the Dianchi hospital project management and the results of the practical application. Finally, the paper briefly discussed the reference and value in the future of the modern project management planning methods in Dianchi hospital construction projects in research and application.
