The Jieyu Pill Treatment Of Negative Symptoms Of Schizophrenia In Clinical Studies

OBJECTIVE:To observe the curative effect and the safety of Jie Yu Wan in treating patientswith negative schizophrenia, and explore it's therapeutic mechanism and offer thescientific basis for the further application.METHODS:All the patients came from shi yan hospital of TCM. From October of 2005 toOctober of 2006.60 patients were collected and randomly divided into the treatedgroup(30 cases) and the control group(30 cases). The treated group treated with JieYu Wan and the control group with sulpirede. The changes of symptom andBPRS,SANS, TESS scores were observed.RESULT:After eight weeks' treatment, the clinical observations show that the totaleffective rate is 86.67%.The difference between after and before treatment at BPRS,SANS, TESS are significant.CONCLUSION:Jie Yu Wan plays better role in negative schizophrenia and it's effective andsecure for the disease.
