Objective: Io observe the clinical effect of treating CAG with TongJiangWeiLingⅡtablet and explore the mechanism of treating CAG and probe the mechanism from the theoretical and aspects.Method: 124 cases with CAG are divided into two groups at random, The treatment group is given TongJiangWeiLingⅡtablet, and the control group treated with WeiMeiSu.Result: Comparing the effect of improving clinical symptoms with two groups, there is significant differtence between the treatment and control group(P＜0.05).Treatment group can improve significantly the therapeutic effect such as IM, AIP, HP and Gastroscope ,and the curative effect is better than that of control group.Conclusion: TongJiangWeiLingⅡtablet is safe and effective drug of treating CAG, and the mechanism might be kill HP, regulated immune funtion. It can relieve the clinical symptoms, change IM, ATP and Gastroscope.
