| Purpose: The purpose of the research is to observe theclinic effect and toxic side effect of Linerlai prescription to treatanovulatory Infertility caused by blood and essence asthenia.The clinic effect of Linerlai prescription will be specified so asto provide basis for the clinic application.Method: There are 60 cases coming from thegynaecological Department of Jingzhou Chinese medicalhospital, diagnosed as anovulatory Infertility in westernmedical term, or blood and essence asthenia in Chinesemedical term. They are divided into control group treated withChinese medicine and comparing group treated with westernmedicine in random clinic order, with 30cases each group.Statistically, they are no significant difference (P＞0.05) inage, course of disease, primary nature of disease, secondarynature of disease, which are comparable.Comparing group treated with western medicine: on thefifth day of menstrual cycle, clomid will be taken orally for 5days with 50mg a day. Anovulatory cases, treated for 2 cycles,will have a dosage of 100mg a day for 5 days in the third cycle.One menstrual cycle is a course of treatment. After 3 courses of treatment, statistical study of the effect of medicine will becarried out.Control group treated with Chinese medicine: On the firstday menstrual period stops, Linerlai is taken orally, one dose aday, taken three times a day 30 mins after meal, for 20 days.Linerlai prescription is composed of tusizi, shudi,goujizi,raspberry, wuweizi, cheqianzi, baishao, danggui, chuanxion.The first drug decocting adds 500 ml water, soaking for 30mins, to get 150 ml decoction. The second decocting adds 300ml water to get 150 ml decoction. The Linerlai medicine will bethe mixture of the first decoction and second decoction. Onemenstrual cycle is a course of treatment. After 3 courses oftreatment, statistical study of the effect of medicine will becarried out.Result:1 comparison of ovulation rate: During 75 menstrualcycles, there are 58- time ovulation in comparing group, with73.42% ovulation rate. 30 cases in control group have 83menstrual cycles, with 56-time ovulation. The ovulation rate is67.47%. The two groups have no significant difference (P＞0.05), showing that the treating effects of two groups isequivalent.2 comparison of pregnant rate: among 30 cases incomparing group, 11 cases are pregnant, with pregnant rate36.67%. Among 30 cases in control group, 10 cases are pregnant with 33.33% pregnant rate. The comparison ofpregnant rate has no significant difference statistically (P＞0.05), showing that the treating effects of two group areequivalent.3 Comparison of abortion rate: Among 11 pregnant casesin comparing group, abortion occurs to 6 cases, with abortionrate 54.55% while abortion occurs to 1 case among 10pregnant cases in control group with abortion rate 10.00%. Thecomparison of two group has significant difference statistically(P＜0.05), showing that the effect of Chinese medicine incontrol group is better than that in comparing group.4. comparison of symptom before and after treatment: thesymptom of the cases in two groups has no significantdifference (P＞0.05) before treatment. The symptom of thecases before and after treatment has no significant difference(P＞0.05)in comparing group while the symptom of the casesbefore and after treatment has significant difference (P＜0.01)in control group, showing that Linerlai can significantlyimprove clinic symptom.5 comparison of treating effect: the recovery rate is 36.67% with 53.33% overall efficacy race in comparing group whilethe recovery rate is 46.67% in control group with 96.67% overall efficacy race. The difference is significant statistically (P＜0.05), showing tha the overall efficacy rate is better than thatin comparing group.Conclusion: The research observes the clinic effect ofLinerlai prescription treating anovulatory Infertility caused byblood and essence asthenia. The observatory result showsthat the ovulation rate and the pregnant rate of Linerlai areequal to that of clomid, while successful pregnant rate andefficacy rate of improving clinic symptom are higher thanclomid with no side effect of ovarian hyperstimulation, showingthat Linerlai has better curative effect treating anovulatoryInfertility caused by blood and essence asthenia. The resultshows that Linerlai can help to induce ovulation, to maintainpregnancy, and to improve clinic symptom. |
