Herb Source Of Harmful Pollutants Analysis Method

There are four aspects in this thesis, including the review about the evolution and issues of pesticides residue and heavy metal research on Chinese herbal medicine, analysis of organochlorine pesticides residue in Chinese herbal medicines, analysis of organophosphorus pesticides residue and heavy metals in the Chinese herbal medicine chaihu and solvent residue in drugs.In the first aspect, reviewes about the evolution and issues of pesticides residue and heavy metal research have been made and a brief introduction about the analytic method of toxin and solvent residue in the products of Chinese medicine have been made.In the secend aspect, studies about the extractive and purify methods of herbal medicine sample analysis of 29 organochlorine pesticides residue have made. The method was confirm as: the sample was sonicated 15rain in acetone/petroleum ether (1:1), and then purified with 10% concentrated sulfuric acid or florisil column. The pesticides were determined by GC-ECD.In the third aspect, analysis of the 8 organophosphorus pesticides residue in chaihu have been made, such as the applicability of the method have been researched, the extractive solvent has been improved, and the precision and sensitive of the method on chaihu have been researched. The result showed that the method is fitted the demand of pesticides residue analysis.In the fourth aspect, analysis of heavy metals Cd and Pb in chaihu have been made, such as the influence of different sample preparation process and different instrument factor on the result for heavy metal determine have been researched.In the final chapter, an initiatory study on determination of solvent residue in drugs and the products of Chinese medicine have been made.
