Orbscan Ii Dynamic Analysis Of The Anterior Segment Before And After The Chronic Angle-closure Glaucoma Trabeculectomy

Object:B y using ORBSCANⅡ,to observe the changes of biometric index of eyeballs' anterior segment following trabeculectomy to patients suffering from chronic angle-closure glaucoma.Methods:The corneal curvatures,central corneal thickness,anterior chamber depth were evaluated pre and 1 week,1 month,6 month postoperatively in 22 eyes by ORBSCANⅡsystem.The intraocular pressure and visual acuity were measured at the same time.Results:With-the-rule astigmatism,central corneal thickness increased and anterior chamber depth deepened significantly in the early stage after trabeculectomy,which returned gradually to the preoperative status.Central cornea thickness and the intraocular pressure observed value become being connected(Pearson r = 0.561,P = 0.007).The cornea curvature and the adjustment of intraocular pressure become being connected(Pearson r =0.638,P = 0.001).The anterior chamber depth and the adjustment intraocular pressure become the inverse correlation(Pearson r =-0.547,P = 0.008).Conclusion:Reversible with-the-rule astigmatism,increasing thickness of corneal and the anterior chamber deepening occurred in early stage after trabeculetomy.Central cornea thickness and the intraocular pressure observed value are being connected.The cornea curvature and the adjustment intraocular pressure are being connected.The anterior chamber depth and the adjustment intraocular pressure become the inverse correlation.ORBSCANⅡshould become glaucoma for sieving looks-up,in the diagnosis,the course of treatment routine measurement project.
