Objective:1.To analyze the gender composition and age distribution of primary angle closure glaucoma, and to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of primary angle closure glaucoma.2.To report the incidence of shallow anterior chamber after trabeculectomy for primary angle closure glaucoma, analyze its causes, management and influence factors, and provide guidance for clinical work.Methods:1.The clinical data of patients with primary angle closure glaucoma hospitalized at the China-Japan Union Hospital of Jilin University from October 2015 to May 2017 were analyzed retrospectively, and their age and gender composition were analyzed.2.A retrospective analysis was made of 141 cases of primary angle closure glaucoma(152 eyes)after trabeculectomy at the China-Japan Union Hospital of Jilin University from October 2015 to May 2017.Its age, sex, type of primary angle closure glaucoma, intraocular pressure before operation, preoperative central anterior chamber depth, lens thickness, axial length, synechia were recorded. To analyze the incidence of shallow anterior chamber after trabeculectomy in primary angle closure glaucoma, its causes and treatments, and analyze the difference between the patients with shallow anterior chamber and the patients without shallow anterior chamber after operation, and make a statisticalanalysis.Results:1.The number of PACG patients was 141,the average age was62.88 ± 8.95 years old.The number of female patients was 106(75.18%),the average age was 61.64 ± 8.89 years, the number of male patients was35(24.82%),and the average age was 65.63 ± 8.77 years. The ratio of male patients to female patients is 1:3.03.The number of people under the age of 29 is 1,the number of people between 30 and 39 is 1,between40 and 49 years old is 7,between 50 and 59 years old is 37,between 60 and 69 years old is 54,between 70 and 79 years was 38,and the number of people over 80 years old was 3.The onset age of PACG is mainly between 50 and 79 years old,and the incidence of female is higher than that of male.2.The number of shallow anterior chamber after trabeculectomy in primary angle closure glaucoma was 37 eyes. The incidence of shallow anterior chamber was 24.34%.There were 29 cases(78.38%)of excessive filtration,3 cases(8.11%)of conjunctival valve leakage,2 cases(5.41%)of choroidal detachment,1 case(2.70%)of malignant glaucoma,2 cases(5.41%)of unknown cause.35 eyes were improved by conservative treatments, conjunctival flap repair in 1 eye,and choroidal cavity drainage with anterior chamber plasty in 1 eye.3.There were significant differences in age over 70 years,a PACG,preoperative intraocular pressue over 30 mm Hg,synechia, lens thickness, axial length and central anterior chamber depth, and there was no statistical difference between gender.Conclusion:1.The onset age of primary angle closure glaucoma is mainly between 50 and 79 years old,and the incidence of female is higher thanthat of male.2.The common causes of shallow anterior chamber after trabeculectomy are excessive filtration and conjunctival leakage. Most of them can be improved by conservative treatments.3.The influence factors of postoperative shallow anterior chamber included age,PACG type, preoperative intraocular pressue, synechia, axial length, lens thickness and central anterior chamber depth.
