The purpose of this study is to exploit a new kind of medicine which can treat the viral myocarditis on the base of the experience of clinical application.This exeriment study on the proportioning of prescription,preparing technique,quality standard and Pharmacodynamics.To study the proportioning of prescription through the inhibition effects of Kuqigan granules on CoxB₃.According to the result and the experience of clinical application,we determine the Best proportioning of prescription. To explore the preparing technique by the methord of orthogonal experiment design. HPLC-ELSD was used in the quantitative analysis of astragaloside IV in the sample. The accuracy, repeatability, stability and recovery of determining method all accord with the relevant regulation. The result of Pharmacodynamics has proved that Kuqigan granules can enhance and adjust the immune function of organism.This study basically complete the major part of new medicine exploit before clinical research, It is not only the base of clinical research, but also the base of market exploitation.
