The Semen Tangjun Chen Satsukai Compatibility Efficacy Studies

【OBJECTIVE】To study the effect of curing insomnia about a kind of Chinese hypnotic agent Suanzaorentang decoction (ST), Uniform design was used by observing the frequency of spontaneous motion and sleep number in mice.【METHOD】Combination of Suanzaorentang decoction were designed and different groups were obtained by the method of Chaifang and Uniform design. Effects on frequency of spontaneous motion and sleep number in mice were studied to get the pharmacological data. Then the proportionment of the Suanzaorentang decoction will be got when the data were input to the computer.【RESULT】ST, ST subtract Rhizoma Chuanxiong ,ST subtract Rhizoma Anemarrhenae and ST subtract Licorice Roots can reduce the frequency of spontanceous motion in mice obviously(p＜0.05). ST can induce sleep number in mice challenged by pentobarbital (subthreshold dosage). The proportionment of the ST decoction was that the dosage of Semen Ziziphi Spinosae was 90g, Poria cocos Wolf 30g, Rhizoma Chuanxiong 6g, Licorice Roots 15g and Rhizoma Anemarrhenae 25g.【CONCLUSION】The effect of curing insomnia about ST was very obvious and the dosage proportionment of ST was approach to the way of clinical usaget and instructive for modernization of Chinese herbs and its compound preparations.
