Function and clinical use and function of single ingredient of Tianwangbuxin Dan in the anti-aging effects as the anti-aging experimental basis.60 healthy mice were randomly divided into 6 groups, in addition to the normal control group,the other five were used subcutaneous injection of D-gal, causing subacute aging model. Through the experiments to observe the changes of aging mice of the general state, memory, spleen and thymus index, Serum SOD , MDA , liver SOD, MDA, and biopsy in the brain and thymus in Tianwangbuxin Dan, verify whether the role of Tianwangbuxin Dan in delaying aging.Result Tianwangbuxin Dan is tested by experiment retarded aging. General state: The mice model to reduce consumption, short, slow weight gain. The mice of Tianwangbuxin Dan are spirit of the administration, a lively, fast weight gain. Springboard experiment: Tianwangbuxin Dan may increase memory of the aging mice. Spleen and thymus index: Tianwangbuxin Dan increase spleen and thymus index of aging mice. Radical Determination: Tianwangbuxin Dan increase SOD activity of the serum and liver tissue, decrease the MDA of serum and liver tissue of aging mice. Thymus and brain biopsy: Mouse model are Pizhi and Suizhi quality regardless of boundaries, sparse cell, the nucleus of brain atrophy. Tianwangbuxin Dan improve the pathological changes of brain and thymus of aging mice, but improvement was not evident.Conclusion The Tianwangbuxin Dan high, middle and low dose group can anti-aging, to better effect in mid-dose group.
