| Modern medcine deems that diabetes belongs to the field of xiao ke,which is caused by many pathogenies characterized by chronic high blood sugar and it can caused metabolizing turbulence. Its symptom concludes excessive drink, excessive food, diuresis, body thin, fatigue disability or sweet urine.This paper studied on the theory of xiao ke and some clinical cases of some regions of changchun then analyzed and discussed from three parts by the numbers:1. study on xiao ke with the theory of《nei jing》, the author analized the 17 chapters of《nei jing》about the naming, pathogeny, syratom, changing, and the method of cure. Finally, shaped a whole set of theory of xiao ke.2. the recordation of the xiao ke by ancientry and modern doctors. The paper reviewed the evolution, pathogeny of xiao ke and discussion of the past dunasies doctors which were recorded in the herbalist books and modern works.3. Study of statiscs analyze for the clinical case investigation. After investigation of modern clinical diabetes 2 of the two hospital in chang chun , we discovered that there was an increasing trend and spring,autumn are the fastigium surffring it is, altering from old age to middle age , ever to the useful age. |
