| Objectives: Observe the clinical effects of detoxification to cure dry psoriasis, thus to study the mechanism of curing dry psoriasis by the method of detoxification systematically from the perspectives of theory and clinical research.Methodology: Select clinically 60 psoriasis patients that meet the standards of dry psoriasis, divide them into two groups, therapeutic group adopts the method of detoxification, and is treated with detoxifying soup (fry-free granules); contrastive group adopts moistening and antipruritic capsules which are usually chosen to cure psoriasis in hospitals. Observe the clinical effects of the two groups.Results: The clinical research shows that the overall efficiency of therapeutic group is 86.67% and that of contrastive group is 66.33%, the overall efficiency of therapeutic group is evidently better than that of contrastive group (P<0.05); the symptoms of plaque, scurf, plaque thickening are improved evidently in therapeutic group, the therapeutic group has good effects on reducing injured skin areas, which is better than contrastive group.Conclusion: Detoxification is a safe and effective method to cure dry psoriasis. |
