Guizhou Ethnic Medicine Sample Library Of High-throughput Screening Initially Established And Antibacterial Activity Of Research

There are prolific Nationality Drugs in GuiZhou province, such as the drug of Miao nationality and the drug of Dong nationality. To develop the value of nationality drugs, we set up a sample library for the high throughout put screening (HTS) technology. Then we use the HTS to screen the activity of inhibit bacterium of the samples. The bacteria tested are Candida albicansil, Porphyromonas gingivalis, Streptococcus mutans which respectively belong to the Fungi, Gram-Positive Bacteria and Gram-Negative Bacteria. Through the activity test, there are 19 of 86 samples can inhibit the development of the microbe and 2 of 19 samples are the first reported around world.We got the water extract, ethyl acetate extract and alcohol extract of the four plants (Lilium lancifolium Thunb,Usnea florida (L.) Wigg, Crotalaria ferruginea Grah, Nelumbo nucifera Gaertn), after that, we study the antibacterial of all the fractions and determined minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) and inhibitory circle of the extracts. The bacteria tested are Aspergillus flavus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus faecalis, Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Micrococcus luteus. Base on the result of the test, we get the different parts of Crotalaria ferruginea Grah ethyl acetate extract and Nelumbo nucifera Gaertn alcohol extract by the columniation chromatogram. Then we also determined minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) and inhibitory circle of extracts. The bacteria are staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli. This research is benefit for the further study about the antibacterial activity of these plants.The antibacterial components and the fractions can serve as an important source for further therapeutic treatment of disease.
