Two parts of study work were involved in this thesis. They were the study on Second Metabolites of an Endophytic Fungus from Evodiarutaecarpa and the study on chemical constituents of Lysimachia lobelioides Wall.Twenty-six compounds had been isolated from the Endophytic Fungus and the medical plant of folk by the means of traditional phytochemical methods. Twenty compounds were identified by spectroscopic analysis together with physicochemical data among of them. All compounds were isolated from the Endophytic Fungus and the medical plant for the first time. The antibiotic resistance to bacteria of the extacts and some compounds were provided by the KB.Eleven compounds were isolated from ethyl acetate and butan-1-ol solved portion of alcohol extraction of an Endophytic Fungus from Evodiarutaecarpa and eight compounds were identified as Diphenylamine(WZY-l), 8-hydroxy-3, 5-dimethylisochroman(WZY-2), erogosterol(WZY-3), e rgosterol 5α, 8α-peroside (WZY-4), Soyasapogenol B(WZY-5), sophocarpine (WZY-6), matrine(WZY-7), Hexadecanoic acid (WZY-8), and 44 chemical constituents were also identified by GC-MS. The chemical constituents of the Endophytic Fungus were different from those of Evodia rutaecarpa (Juss.)Benth. By the screening of bacteriostasis activity, we found that WZY-1 and WZY-3 havd partial bacteriostasis activity.Fifteen compounds were isolated from ethyl acetate and butan-1-ol solved portion of alcohol extraction of Lysimachia lobelioides Wall and twelve compounds were identified as chondrillasterol(ZZC-1), dotricontanoic acid(ZZC-2),β-sitosterol(ZZC-3), oleanolic acid(ZZC-4), ursolic acid(ZZC-5), 13, 28-epoxy-3, 23-oleananediol-16-one(ZZC-6), daucosterol(ZZC-7), 12-oleanene-3,22-diol (ZZC-10), Kaempferol 3-O-(2, 6-di-O-rhamnopyransoyl)-β-D-glucopyranoside(ZZA-l), Kaempferol 3-O-rutinoside(ZZA-3), Hexadecanoic acid (ZZA-4), sucrose(ZZA-5) . All of them were isolated from this plant for the first time, and 34 chemical constituents were identified by GC-MS of the volatile oil from Lysimachia lobelioides Wall for the first time.Compound ZZA-1 and ZZA-3 havd partial bacteriostasis activity by the screening of bacteriostasis activity.
