36 Evodia rutaecarpa(Juss.) Benth samples have been collected which are contain of 15 kinds in the Guizhou province .They are divided into three main parts of the volatility ingredients, the lipid solubility ingredients and the water-soluble ingredients. The wet distillation method are used to extract the 36 different place Evodia rutaecarpa(Juss.) Benth for 7 hours with 12 times quantity distilled water in order to get it's volatility composition, which are detected and authenticated with the GC- MS. The GC- MS chromatogram of the volatility chemistry composition are carried on the research of fingerprint diagram, which are carried on cluster analysis with the cluster analysis compute software;The liposoluble constituent are extracted from the 36 different place Evodia rutaecarpa(Juss.) Benth for 45 minutes with the supersound of alkaline chloroform method. The liposoluble constituent are detected and authenticated with the HPLC ,which about the liquid condition is: T=30℃,λ=220nm,Inject 5μL,, the chromatographic column : Agilent Zorbax Rx-C18, 250×4.6mm, particle diameter: 5μm , gradient elution solvent: acetonitrile and water. The 36 HPLC chromatogram are carried on the research of the fingerprint diagram. The lipid solubility composition of the 15 kinds of Evodia rutaecarpa (Juss.) Benth in GuiZhou province are carried on the half qulitative authenticate with the LC- MS and the research of the fingerprint diagram, at the same time I carry on the assaying to the evodiamine and rutacarpine according to the method of 2005 version pharmacopeia ; The water-soluble chemistry composition of Evodia rutaecarpa(Juss.) Benth are extracted with the water, which are carried on the authenticate to the 36 different place Evodia rulaecarpa(Juss.) Benth with the HPLC. which about the liquid condition is: T=30℃.λ=327nm和344nm.Inject 10μL,, the chromatographic column : Agilent Zorbax Rx-C18, 250×4.6mm. particle diameter: 5μm , gradient elution solvent: acetonitrile and water. The 36 HPLC chromatogram are carried on the research of the fingerprint diagram . At the same time the content of the water-soluble chemistry composition are determined with chlorogenic acid .
