The contents of this thesis mainly involved the studies on chemical constituents of three medical ethno-herbs, Folium Rosae roxburghii, Epimedium wushanense T.S.Ying and Sabia parviflora Wall.ex Roxb. Var. cehengensis CY collected in Guizhou province.By the means of phytochemical methods, twenty compounds were obtained from these plants, among of them, sixteen compounds were identified by spectroscopic analysis together with physicochemical data.Six compounds were isolated from Folium Rosae roxburghii. By spectral analysis, they were determined asβ-sitosterol (R-1), physcion (R-2),β-daucosterol (R-3), kajiichigosie F1 (R-4), rosamultin (R-5), Ethyl gallate (R-6). All compounds are obtained from Folium Rosae roxburghii for the first time.Five compounds were obtained from Epimedium wushanense T.S.Ying through silica gel column chromatography and them were identified as icariin (WYY-1), Epimedin C (WYY-2), sagittatoside B (WYY-3), baohuoside II (WYY-4), 3, 5, 7-trihydroxy-4'-methoxy-8-isopreny-1flavone-3-O-α-L rhamnopyranosyl-(1â†'2)-α-L rhamnopyranoside (WYY-5).Five compounds were obtained from Sabia parviflora Wall.ex Roxb. Var. cehengensis CY. Their structures were characterized as pentacosane acid (CH-1),β-sitosterol (CH-2), N-formylanonaine (CH-3), oleanolic acid (CH-4), lupeol (CH-5). All compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
