The Hormone Xing Anfh Femoral Head Organic Collagen, Proteoglycans, Fat Content Determination And Significance

Objective: The purpose of this study is to clarify the role of organic element (Collagen,Proteoglycan,Fat ) in SANFH(Steroid-induced avascular necrosis of the femoral head)and the changes of organic element with the Bone metabolism of SANFH.Methods:All specimens come from the first affiliated hospital of jiamusi university .all cases are divided into two groups :model group (24 cases of the femoral heads needed be replaced by artificial phantom for asptic the femoral head necrosis) and control group(21 cases of the femoral heads of which have fracture under the femoral neck). Examples are preserved by freezing room .In the normal temperature, we selected spongy bone under annulus which carries a heavy load in the femoral head .Restults:It shows that the quantity of Collagen and Proteoglycan in model group are significantly lower than those in the control group ,while the quantity of Fat shows significant difference .The data of the difference has statistics significanceConclusion:It suggested that Collagen,Proteoglycan and Fat widely participated in the Pathological changes in the process.of bone metabolism.,playing an important role in development and might have an effect clinicals treatmen to fsteroid-induced avascular necrosis of the femoral head .
