Shanxi province is an agriculture province of our country, the development of economy is falling behind, nearly 80% population live in the village. Working well with the villages and towns public health center is very important for the fanner's health. This research aims to investigate the current situation of villages and towns public health center in Shanxi province, reflect the characteristics and development circumstance of villages and towns public health center in Shanxi province , look for current existent problem, discovers it's regular pattern of development, give useful suggestion.The number of villages and towns public health center personnel in Shanxi province is 1398, have 33582 people. the personnel having hygiene profession occupies 76.4%;Personnel of the ownership by the whole people occupies 41.02%, Personnel of collective ownership occupies 26.32%, small collective ownership occupies 33.97%;The educational background level is lower. The technique title level is mainly primary. In 11 regions of villages and towns public health center in Shanxi province ,the development level is different, average of each thousand population hygiene the personnel is lower than national and average level, average of each thousand is lower too.
