| Object:Through observing the effect of Tangshenbao Decoction onblood glucose, body weight, kidney weight, index of kidney(kidneyweight/body weight)of diabetic nephropathy rats induced byinjecting streptozotoe(STZ)into abodomen, to invest the influenceof Zanghsenbao Decoction on oxidation irritable reaction andpathological changes of renal cortex in diabetic rats.Methods:The forty six studied Wistar rats were randomly dividedinto four groups:normal control group(normal group),model group,Chinese herbs group, western medicine group. After inducing diabeticmodels by injecting into their abdomen successfully, two treatedgroups treated with Decoction of Tangshenbao and Ramipril wererespectively given to two treated groups and the water was given tothe normal group and the model group by stomach rearing once per dayfor eight weeks. At the end of eight weeks, all of the rats were killedand blood glucose, a-24-hour urinary albumin, body weight, kidneyweight, the content of MDA and SOD ,pathological section in kidneytissue of each group were tested. The results were analyzed with SPSS.Results:The Chinese herbs group can decrease the urinemicroalbumin, improve the activity of SOD in renal cortex, reduce thecontent of MDA, cut down the MGA of glomerulus, and has obvious effectsin mitigation the oxidation damages.Conclousion:The results indicated that Tangshenbao Decoction wasbenefit for regulating glucose ,inhabiting renal hypertrophy andhigh filtration of renal glomerrulus, reducing the urinary proteinexcretion, the experimental results inferred that TangshenbaoDecoction could ameliorate pathologic change in experiment diabetickidney, while the oxidation damage in kidney tissue may play animportant role in the genesis and development of diabeticnephropathy. |
