46 Cases The Kdz The Treatment Of Ischemic Optic Neuropathy Clinical Observation And Research

Purpose:To observe the efficacy of Kudiezi injection for treatment of ischemic optic neuropathy ,and to explore the mechanism of treatment of ION.Methoods: Forty-six inpatients and outpatiets were randomly divided into two groups, Kudiezi group and Gingko leaf injection group. Subjects in the Kudiezi group were healed with venous drop 40mg of Kudiezi injection and 250mLGlucose inoculation fluid, and patients in the Gingko leaf injection group received venous drop of 250 mL of normal saline, once a day and 14 days of one course. Also two groups at the same time auxiliary by Prednisone, Vitamin class medicine and energy mixture, continuously 3 courses. The changes in vision,field of vision and fundus fluorescein angiography were observed in the treatment group and control group at 3 courses before and after the administration, visual evoked potential and the curative effects on ischemic optic neuropathy between two groups were compared.Results:①Comparion in curative effects between two group :the total effective tate of Kudiezi injection group was 90.0% and was 70.3% in the Gingko leaf injection group ,and differents were marked.(p<0.05).②Comparison in vision between two group before and after treanment:the nember of vision increased of Kudiezi injection groupwas more than the Gingko leaf injection group's.③Comparison in field of vision between two groups before and after the treatment: after treatment, that in the Kudiezi injection group was remarkably ameliorated than the treatment group before treatment,and the differences in amelioration of field of vision with Gingko leaf injection group was sifnificant .④Comparison in fundus fluorescein angiography mean cycle time of arm-retina between two groups before and after the treatment: after treatment, the cycle time was obviously shortened in both groups than that before treatment, and the differences were remarka, whereas there were no significant differences between Kudiezi injection group and Gingko leaf injection group.⑤Comparison in visual evoked potential before and after the treatment: in the Kudiezi injection group ,the latencies and amplitudes at the involed sector had sifnificantly improment after threatment.Conclusion:the Kudiezi injection group is one kind of treatment ischemic optic neuropathy security, effective, responded not good the light Chinese native medicine preparation, the research prospect is extremely broad, has the promoted value .
