| Objective: To investigate the characteristics of the pathogen of ischemic optic neuropathy,and to establish the treatment method of Shugan qi,Huoxuetongluo,and stasis in order to prevent Chinese medicine theory.To observe the clinical effect of visual acuity,visual field and nerve fiber layer thickness in patients with ischemic optic neuropathy before and after treatment,and to provide multi-target method and theoretical idea for TCM treatment of this disease.Methods: Forty patients with ischemic optic neuropathy were randomly divided into two groups.Among them,the treatment group of 20 cases of 25 eyes,oral ChaiHu ShuGan San decoction with thorn cupping and acupuncture;control group of 20 cases of 24 eyes,only the use of the above prescription and acupuncture treatment.(MD,PSD)and RNFL thickness were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and the clinical curative effect was evaluated.Results: The total effective rate was 88% in the visual treatment group and 62.5% in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant.The total effective rate was 95% in the treatment group and 70% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).There was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P <0.05)in the field of view and RNFL thickness.Conclusion: The combination therapy of acupuncture and cupping method combined with acupuncture and medicine is effective in the treatment of ischemic optic neuropathy of liver qi stagnation type.It can significantly improve the visual function of the patients and improve the symptoms of systemic comorbidities,and have good clinical application value. |
