Experimental Research, Chinese Medicine Treatment Of Bone And Joint Disease

Objective :To observe the influence of Jian Gu Shen Jin Fluid(JGSJF) on the development and rehabilitation of osteoarthritis (OA). Methods :The New Zealand big white rabbits will be divided into four groups casually.A:Normal group;B:Model group;C: Low density group:D:High density group.There are six rabbits in normal group.and eight rabbits in every other group. Under the same level condition stably raising them for 1 week. Knee osteoarthritis was replicated by modifies Hulth' s modeling method in B,C and D.After 2 weeks,filling Chinese medicine for 6 weeks. Take the blood and Joint fluid Gentrifugalism. Observe biochemistry result by Reagent box.Take joint cartilage to fix by neutral formalin solution of 10%.Observing them by microscope.Results : OA rabbits' joint cartilage of model group can be seen fiber deposition and proliferation bone. Membrane of joint accumulate and is full of blood. The groups of JGSJF are better than model group. JGSJF can suppress expression of NO and active SOD and reduce oxidation of joint cartilages.Protect joint cartilages .Prevent and treat OA.Conclusion : JGSJF can lighten corrosion of joint cartilage, obviously JGSJF can suppress expression of NO and active SOD and reduce oxidation of joint cartilages. Protect joint cartilages .The reoults Showed that JGSJF has effects on OA.
