Nowadays as the acceleration of life rhythm and industry competition, unexpected events caused by job stresses occur constantly, and more and more people were disturbed by them, The government employees face daily increased job stress during the process of transforming their functions and reforming the administration mechanisms.Objectives:This study begins from the sources of job stresses on government employees working in health system in the Beijing area ,the goal lies in discovering the causing factors of job stresses on government employees working in health system in the Beijing area, and compares to the existing research results which has been done about sources of job stresses on government employees, and raises reasonable suggestions about how to reduce the working pressure on government employees working in health system in the Beijing area , hopes to enhance their working enthusiasm and efficiency.Methods:We mainly adopt interview with way of questionnaire investigation to obtain data, what we used is the work stress questionnaire on government employees that established by Shilin , and take the way to release live to go on. Statistics analytical methods adopted mainly are multiple regression analysis, logistic regression analysis, and analysis of variance.Results:1.Multiple regression results indicate the sources of job stress on the government employees of health system working in Beijing area mainly are work duty, colleague relationships, work assignment, job prospect (F =7.23,P<0.0001) ,Among them the work assignment factor and the total job stress shoulder a minus relevant.2.logistic regression result: 2.1 The main influence factor of producing job stress through leader at a higher level is work year, and there is a minus relevant between the two (y1 =1.6261- 0.3561k4).2.2 The main influence factor of producing job stress through work duty is the work position (y2 =-1.1027+ 0.4538k6).2.3 The marriage state is the main influence factor of producing job stress through colleague relationships, and there is a minus relevant between the two (y3 =0.4977- 0.8807k2).2.4 The main influence factor of producing job stress through work assignment is the work position (y4 =0.7455- 0.4944k6) ,And there is also a minus relevant between the two.2.5 There is nothing business with the factors of sex, age, marriage state, work years, education and work position to make any job stress through working character.2.6 The main influence factors are work years and work position to the job stress caused by perfect inclination (y6 =0.8729- 1.3520k4+ 0.8476k6),among them the work year factor and the job stress caused by perfect inclination get a minus relevant.2.7 The main influence factor of producing job stress through job prospect is work year (y7 =0.8862- 0.4429k4) ,And there is a minus relevant between the two.3.The analysis of variance results:Beijing area medical and health systematic civil servant between the men and women, schooling divide into groups, office working pressure difference obvious divide into groups; Between the married and unmarried civil servants, during the grouping during grouping of every age, working time, the difference between working position grouping is obvious.Conclusions:1.Beijing area medical and health systematic public affair staff make first source in the pressure the working responsibility, interpersonal relationships, task, job prospect secondly, approve to task intensity high working pressure the less among them.2. Logistic regression:2.1 The smaller working pressure what 2.1 civil servants working long hours produced through leading body at a higher level is.2.2 The greater working pressure what 2.2 civil servants with the higher working position produced through working responsibility is.2.3 married civil servants can deal with the working pressure produced through interpersonal relationships more than the unmarried civil servant.2.4 civil servants with the higher working position approve to the task the higher the intensity is, the smaller the consequential working pressure is.2.5 denies, not has any influence on the working pressure produced at sex, age, wedding by working properties in working time, education, working position factor.2.6 The less obvious 2.6 perfect inclination at work of civil servant of working long hours is, and the civil servant with the taller working position hopes to finish the work perfectly, thus the greater the consequential working pressure is.2.7 civil servants working long hours can not hope obviously to the job prospect, the smaller the consequential working pressure is.3. Analysis of variance:3.1 Beijing area medical and health systematic civil servant between the men and women, schooling divide into groups, office working pressure difference obvious divide into groups.3.2 The married public affair staff act as the pressure and is greater than the unmarried civil servant.3.3 Among the age groups, the group of above 50 get the most serious job stress, and secondly is the 26-35 group, thirdly is the 36-50 group , the group under the age of 25 get the lightest job stress. 3.4 Among the groups of work year, the 1-3 years group get the lightest job stress, and secondly is the group of above 10 years ,the group of 3-10 years get the heaviest job stress.3.5 Among the work position groups , the higher the position is, the greater the job stress is.
