In Pharmaceutical Anti-infective Therapy Clinical Studies Discussed

The thesis consists of two parts, summaries of documents, a clinic research.The summary is about the antibacterial function of the Chinese traditional medicine, fromdispels evil and straightens up two aspects to carry on the discussion. Dispels evilly includes themechanism of bacteriostasis and sterilization, the anti-inflammation function, the anti-endotoxinfunction, allaying a fever, the anti-drug resistance; Straightens up includes the enhancementimmunity function and the protection organ. Moreover, It includes experimental study onanti-bacterial effect of Chinese medicine in vitro and combination of antibiotic and Chineseherbs.In the clinic research we choose 300 patients who were diagnosed infection from January toDecember in 2005. We analyze the effect of Chinese herb injection, and also we conclude theTraditional Chinese Symptomatology of infectious diseases. We conclude and discuss theincidence of infectious diseases and the use of Chinese herb injection from the difference ofsection, age and sex and, in order to instruct the preventability, diagnosis, therapy, and to reducethe incidence and mortality rate. On the side of Chinese medicine, we analyze the TraditionalChinese Symptomatology of infectious diseases by using six-channel pattern identification andWei-qi-ying-xue pattern identification. Finally, to investigate the clinical effect of both groupswhich were treated by normal westem medicine and the treatment group by the Chinese herbsadditionally, we find that: The total effect rates of the treatment group and the contrast group was86.9% and 75.0% respectively; The difference had a significant meaning (P＜0.05); The bestway of treating infectious disease is combining western and traditional Chinesemedicine。Through the above discussions, we hope the Chinese medicine can make a greatfunction in preventability and therapy of infection.
