| The reform of medical treatment system is a difficult issue world wide. In order to make better use of the sanitation resources and improve the level of SC Hospital's treatment, the local government constructed the trusteeship between PH Hospital and SC Hospital. PH Hospital set up Western Hospital of PH based on SC Hospital so as to enlarge market share and boost up competitive ability from its brand effect and service advantage. Western Hospital got achievements in service volume, treatment effects, financial performance, social performance and the competency after one year operation, which eatablished the foundation of growth. But a large number of new problems emerged in the trusteeship which has influenced the development of both PH Hospital and SC Hospital.In order to prepare this thesis, the author took the advantage of his job, collected a great deal of information relating to the process of trusteeship between PH Hospital and SC hospital through broad and further investigation and deep thinking. Because the information used in the thesis came from the first hand investigation and authoritative database and the positive study was made towards the real problems arisen from the trusteeship process, therefore, the conclusions and suggestions were quite maneuverable.The aim of this thesis was to put forward some measures to settle the problems arisen from the trusteeship based on the theoretic anlyses and positive study. There are five parts in the thesis. The first and the second parts carried through the theoretic and environmental analysis respectively and elucidated the background and the reasons of the trusteeship, pointing out that the cooperation between PH Hospital Group and SC Hospital was an win-win objective choice based on each other's strategy through investigating and analyzing status in the field of Health, the external and internal environment of SC hospital by SWOT anlysis.
