With the rapid development of economy, our living standards upturn continuously, thus, the quality of living and health become more and more important for human being. Since the function of Probiotics on the health of human revealed, more and more researches have been focusing on the bio-effects of Probiotics, Probiotics, one of microorganisms, which can improve the intestinal bacteria-balance of organism, further to be benefit to human's health. Therefore, it is very necessary and important to study its biological effects and features. In this thises, we first design a series of experiments of mice, for example, methods of morphological observation, immunity nephelometery, and MTT colorimetric analysis to study Probiotics biological effects. In these experiments, we inspected the impact of the animal digestive system, Immune System, circulatory system of all the group of mice. Through these experiments, the experimental test of the mouse intestinal motility, intestinal pH value changes, the wall morphology, thymus coefficient, spleen coefficient, the content of IgA, IgM, IgG, C3, C4, cholesterol, triglycerides, high-density lipoprotein, low-density lipoprotein in the serum, the bloods viscosities of low, high shear rates and optical density value in cell multiplication, and other indicators are measured. All results show that the features of mice in the experimental group have statisticsly changed when compared with that of the controlled group. The intestinal movement of experimental mice enhance significantly (P <0.01), which means that the intestinal mucosal morphology has been improved greatly. Theirs spleen index (P<0.05) increases, moreover the content of C3(P<0.01) and IgA levels improve significantly. The content of cholesterol in the serum is also significantly reduced (P <0.01), and triglyceride levels is also reduced (P <0.05), and low shear viscosity of the blood drop down dramatically, but high-density lipoprotein, low-density lipoprotein levels did not change significantly. The value of optical density (OD) meter in MTT colorimetric analysis decrease rapidly with the probiotic concentration increases RGR (Relative growth rate) lowed down relatively denotes that the probiotic bacteria suppress the proliferation of cell C26.The results indicate that Probiotics is beneficial to digestion, absorption, immunization, endocrine system of animal. The probiotic bacteria can enhance the animal's digestive function verily, promote immune globulin antibody synthesis, and enhance immunity, lower cholesterol level, lower blood viscosity. These results are useful to reveal mechanism of biological effect of probiotics...
