The Use Of Spleen Qi Treatment Of Diarrhea In Children Study

The thesis is under the guidance of theory of diagnosis and treatment of Western Medicine and Chinese Traditional Medicine, to analyze and initial explor the situation of disease of 150 children diagnosed as children xiexie patients. the thesis is to aim mainly to analy the Chinese medicine clinical feature and relation between clinical curative effect and demegraphics, situation flaring up and syndrom's type of 150 children xiexie (named as children diarrhea by the Western Medicine and used interchangeable later.)the thesis research the efficacy of the method of stronging spleen and putting gas in good order deputed by children yao xiang drink to treat the children diarrhea.The paper includes two parts literature review and clinical research.Literature review consist of two artcles. The first article "The general Reseaches on children diarrhea in the symptoms and syndromes"was discussed about the naming of disease, etiology, pathogenesis, symptom differentiation, syndrome differentiation of both Western and Chinese Traditional Medicine. The second article "The general Researches on therapeutic methods of children diarrhea" was discussed about the content of treatment of Western and Chinese Traditional Medicine about children diarrhea.Clinical research includes: the situation of treating 150 patients diagnosed as children diarrhea was observed and recorded detailedly. The result of the research is no clearly the different between the one treatment group and two controlled group. Considering the limit of the test such as the number, the age, the season, the region and so on, it would be searched futher that the result is the regular or the coincidental.The research considering the physiological and pathological characteristic of the children and considering the quality of the common and harmfulness of children diarrhea, which is to by the clinical observation of curative effect that children yao xiang drink making up by the rular of strong spleen and putting gas in good order to cure children diarrhea, aim to find out an kind of Chinese patent medicine that can not noly cure efficaciously children diarrhea but also strongen and protect the spleen and stomach, aim to make the Chinese Traditional Medicine and Chinese herbal medicine contribute fully itself in the clinical.
