Collation And Study Of The Arrhythmia Modern Chinese Literature

Cardiac arrhythmia is one of common clinical syndromes. It results from many kinds of heart diseases and other organs'diseases. It has complicated manifestations and pathological change. Some fatal arrhythmias can cause sudden death, which have been one of the major reasons of today's high mortality rate of cardiovascular disease.Chinese medicine is no disease name of Cardiac arrhythmia ,but we can find a lot of valuble points and experiences about this syndrome in many relative literatures such as in the literatures about Palpitation,zheng chong,Vertigo and so on.These literatures will be beneficial to make profound exploration on the treatment and syndrome differentiation of Cardiac arrhythmia in the later times. Many doctors and clinicians gradually consummate its onset law and main points of syndrome differentiation and summarize comprehensive experience of clinical administration and accumulate plenty of relative literatures during their clinical observation and practical recognition over 50 years from 1949 to 2006. Pathogenesis,diagnosis,differentiation,treatment,peculiar medicine using ,nursing and prevention music using etc of Cardiac arrhythmia were explored and discussed in this part. After 1949,on the basis of traditional Chinese medicine,Chinese medicine daignose by West medicine and treat Cardiac arrhythmia using traditional Chinese medicine method. Chinese medince now has more experience to cause of Cardiac arrhythmia,pathological mechanism,manifestation of Cardiac arrhythmia,treatment based on syndrome differentiation.Chinese medicine has many kinds of treatments , such as prescription,acupuncture and moxibustion,qigong,injection of hearb.We could learn the treatment experience from famous and aged Chinese medicine phycicians.The last part of this article is the content of chapter 7, which introduce some research results about Cardiac arrhythmia which were conducted from both Chinese medicine and West medicine.. This article focuses on Chinese medicine treatment of Cardiac arrhythmia. It also includes medicine's research results of this disease. This article will be beneficial to make profound exploration on the treatment and syndrome differentiation of Cardiac arrhythmia in the later times.
