This essay includes two parts-- literature review and clinical research.1. Literature ReviewThe theory and the clinical literature about the application of LingGuiBaFa are first reviewed. LingGuiBaFa is an important part of acupuncture in selecting acupoints, which first found in"A Comprehensive Book of Acupuncture"written by XuFeng in Ming Dynasty and now is applied in clinical treatment and has got a satisfactory effect. Secondly, the reason, the clinical classification and the treatment of Chloasma are reviewed. Last, the literauture of Chloasma acupuncture treatment appeared in the recent 15-year medical issues is classified.2. Clinical ResearchThe effect of Chloasma clinical treatment with the application of LingGuiBaFa is showed in this essay. 60 qualified Chloasma sufferers are the studied objects and they are distributed to 2 groups by random. In order to find the best treatment of Chloasma, Group 1 uses LingGuiBaFa in selecting acupoints and time and Group 2 uses Selecting points according to differentiation. The experimental founding is as follows: the general effect of Group 1 with the LingGuiBaFa is better than Group 2 with the Selecting points according to differentiation (P<0.05), so is the effect of reducing the area and color of Chloasma (P<0.05), under the condition of no differences in sufferers'age, suffering time, classification, area and color. The above results show that: 1. using LingGuiBaFa in selecting acupoints can make the function of eight unique channels demonstrate completely and adjust the function of the whole channel system to acquire the curative effect. 2. The effect of LingGuiBaFa in selecting acupoints is better than the effect of selecting points according to differentiation.
