Tcm Clinical Analysis Of Case-based Intelligent Training System Design

TCM records are the important components of Chinese medicine, and as the clinical diagnosis and treatment records of Chinese medicine, they have contained doctors'valuable clinical experiences Therefore, medical records have become an indispensable important content in the Chinese medicine study. Although the study of medical records in TCM field has received much attention, this field is trying to introduce a records-teaching model, but still not universal, and the teaching ways and means are still mainly limited to the teachers'teaching with an urgent need of improvement. The present topic was trying to improve the current TCM records-teaching model, duplicate and reproduce the quintessence of famous doctors'medical records by using information technology, so that these records are easy to understand and practice. For this purpose, the research of "training system design of records intelligent analysis-based traditional Chinese clinical diagnosis and treatment" was carried out.The present topic has a background of"study of famous & old TCM doctors'clinical diagnosis and treatment experiences and inheriting methods based on information mining technology (study of famous & old TCM doctors'medicine thinking and experience-inheriting)"as one of the 10th Five-year National Science & Technology Problem-tackling Projects, therefore it is an objective of this topic to inherit famous doctors'medical experiences and thoughts. Special research methods include four aspects.①Literature research: It is to research selected principles of medical records through the literature research method so as to select the most suitable cases for talent training.②Case informationization processing: It is to carry out the element analysis and data standardization processing on the selected traditional Chinese medical records by using the analytic indexing method, including the analytic processing of TCM medical record literature information and the subject indexing of analyzed data. In short, it is to process the contents of medical records into the information data that can be identified by computer.③Application of information technologies: It is to use the theories and methods of artificial intelligence-like deduction to complete the qualitative and quantitative analysis of cases'elements so as to achieve the analysis of medical records'pattern identification and treatment thoughts; and use the support vector machine technology to complete the recognition of prescription pattern classification as an assessment method of training effect.④Virtual reality-based design: It is to use the human-machine interactive technology to make a virtual TCM clinical diagnosis and treatment process (scenario), and finish the design from the perspectives of TCM clinical diagnosis and treatment training needs. There is a saying in information industry that "what you can think out is what you can do.", and the topic is a scientific practice of "what you can think out".The topic was researched based on the preliminary research achievements of Research Center of TCM Information of Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Through the literature research, the development of selected principles of medical records was grasped, the analytic methods of arranging medical records and literatures determined and the medical records, analytical electronic sheets and analytic work rules compiled; the descriptors suitable for medical records and literatures'indexing researched and prepared, and the indexing items, indexing principles and methods required by medical records made; a comprehensive qualitative and quantitative analysis of individual knowledge realized by practicing the prescription intelligent analyzing software on more than 100 medical cases, and the effect of the SVM technology-based pattern recognition software discussed in the prescription classification to determine the feasibility technologies applied in the system development; the system demands analysis completed for the purpose of the TCM clinical basic training and TCM clinical diagnosis and treatment skills training, and the system design was based on structures and functions.The objective in our research was to allow the famous traditional Chinese doctors'medical records to enter into the classroom as a case-teaching model, in the virtual clinical diagnosis and treatment scene, the clinical basic training and the clinical skills training were carried out for students. Through training of hundreds or even thousands of medical cases, it not only can expand students'exposure to the clinical symptoms, but also let them feel as if the famous doctors re-came into the world and carried out diagnosis and treatment on the site; when the students'initiative on knowledge construction is fully tapped, and the thoughts and methods of famous doctors'pattern identification and treatment should be learned by them; and when they use the evaluation function of the system to understand themselves, their desire and creativity of improving the clinical diagnosis and treatment skills should be aroused. In short, it has the great significance of developing and making the case intelligent analysis-based TCM diagnosis and treatment training system to contribute to efficient improvement of training of new famous doctors.
