Chinese Medicine Treatment Of Type 2 Diabetes Early Insulin Resistance And Tumor Necrosis Factor ¦Á In Clinical Studies

Objective: Liuweidihuang capsula mollis and Ginkgo biloca leave prearation are both traditional Chinese medicines. The patients who have got the type 2 diabetes mellitus (2-DM) and the deficiency of yin and blood stasis could always have the insulin resistance and the decrease of the blood concentration of tumor necrosis factor α. ( TNF-α ). In this essay we will observe the amelioration effect on the symptom and the glucolipid metabolism in the treating patients.Methods: A randomized, double-blind, positive drug controlled trial was conducted. One group was given the west medicine simplely and the other group was given the Chinese medicine and west medicine.There was 108 patients. They were divided into two groups randomizely. 54 patients were taken into the trial group and the other 54 patients were into the control group. The trial group was treated with Liuweidihuang capsula mollis and Ginkgo biloca leave prearation.The control group was treated with placebo. All patients were treated for 18 months. The observed curative effect indexes include the clinic symptoms, ante cibos blood glucose, poswasibos blood glucose, blood pressure, HbA_1c, serum lipid, TNF-α and Fins. The observed safety indexes include routine urine, blood and stool test, ECG, the function of liver and kidney and the harmful reaction.Results: The results indicate that Liuweidihuang capsula mollis and Ginkgo biloca leave prearation can both improve the clinical symptoms and obviously make the trend of regulating the blood lipid metabolism. When the PBG is under the 10mmol/L or the courses of disease is less than 3 years, the blood TNF-α can take the statistical significance both in the trial group and the control group.Conclusion: Liuweidihuang capsula mollis and Ginkgo biloca leave prearation are both the effective Chinese medicines in the treating of the patiets who are diagnosed with the type 2 diabetes mellitus and have the syndrome of the deficiency of yin and blood stasis. They can ameliorate the insulin resistance and decrease blood concentration of TNF-a .The post cibos blood glucose may influence the blood TNF-α, we should pay attention to the controlling of the concentration of post cibos blood glucose.
