Objective:To observe the therapeutic effects of treating dysfunctional uterine bleeding in perirnenopausal with nourishing kidney & clearing activating decoction(NKCAD)and to discuss its mechanism.Methods: 28 patients were treated with nourishing kidney & Gearing activating decoction. Observe changes of serum Hb PLT and PT APTT.The symptoms irregular menstruation(sudden profuse discharge or dripping menses), accompanied by tinnitus, palpitation, feverish sensation over the palms, soles and chest, insomnia and sweating in the night, aching and weak sensation in the loins and knees, pain in the lower abdomen.Result NKCAD could increase the serum Hb level in patient and could shorten the while of PT and APTT, it shows that there is esplicit difference between the fomer and laterresult (P<0.01) The syndromes improvement have remarkably difference between the fbmer and later.NKCAD could effectively treat the dysfunctional uterine bleeding in perirnenopausal,and is well worth developing and being put into use.
