Discuss The Mechanism Of The Clinical Effects Of Nourishing The Kidney And Fortifying The Spleen And Reforcing Thoroughfare Vessel Having On Adolescent Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding From The Perspective Of Hypothalamo-hypophyseal-thyroidal Axis

Purpose:we have discussed the mechanism of the clinical effects of nourishing the kidney and fortifying the spleen and reforcing thoroughfare vessel(NKFSRT) having on adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding(ADUB) from the perspectives of reproductive endocrinology,ovulation and the microenvironment in uterus and coagulative function.The treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) on disease is characterised by multi-target,multi-link,multi-level,multi-angle and whole regulation,and nourishing kidney herbs can regulate the function of both hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian gonadal axis(HPGA) and other systems.Then we came to the deduction that the mechanism that NKFSRT herbs promote kidney essence filling and Tiangui maturing is related to the regulation nourishing kidney herbs have on thyroid function.So this project took the model rat of hypothyoidism as subjects and discuss the mechanism of the clinical effects of NKFSRT having on ADUB from the perspectives of promoting kidney essence filling and Tiangui maturing and illustratrated the mechanism of this method on ADUB and provide more thoughts of research and evidence to the treatment of ADUB with TCM.Methods:Wistar rats were randomly divided into the control group and model group.After modeling successfully the model rats were randomized into high-dose BushenJianpi Prescription(HBP) group,low-dose BushenJianpi Prescription(LBP) group, Youjiale group,Yougui pill group,and model group.Then the ingress,behavior and reaction to the environment of the rats were observed.After successively 60-day intragastric administration,rats of all groups were taken blood samples from the abdominal aorta after aensthetized.ELISA were used to measure the levels of FT3,FT4,TT3,TT4,TSH,FSH,LH,E2 and P in the serum.Results:(1)HBP and LBP,Youjiale pill all can increase the levels of FT4, Youjiale pill decrease that of TSH in the serum observably.(2)HBP,Youjiale,Yougui pill all can increase the levels of TT3, Youjiale,Yougui pill all can increase the levels of TT4 markedly.(3)HBP can increase the levels of E2、P and LH,while Yougui pill can increase the level of P and LH in rats serum effectively.Conclusion:There is some connection between the function of hypothalamo-hypophyseal-thyroidal axis(HHTA) and HPGA. The method of NKFSRT can improve the hypofunction of HHTA and HPGA of the rat of hypothyoidism,and one of the mechanisms of this method treating ADUB by promoting kidney essence filling and Tiangui maturing may is related to the improvment of HHTA and this method manifests that BushenJianpiGuchong Prescription is chaaracterised by the regulation ofmulti-target,multi-link,multi-level,multi-angle and provide more thoughts of research and evidence to the treatment of ADUB with TCM.
