Ea Sanyinjiao Safe Motherhood Clinical Observations, In The Spawning Process

The therapeutic effect of acupuncture and moxibustion promoting delivery is magnificent and the most body acupuncture points are sanyinjiao and hegu. Acupuncture promoting delivery may obviously shorten delivery period, keep calm, relieve pain and reduce the amount of postpartum bleeding.The news reports are few about clinical application and research of sanyinjiao in promoting and inducing delivery aspect, more over these reports'duplications are also bad. Also these reports stress the summary of clinical therapeutic effect and many clinical practice and research lack the systematization, the integration and more deep and rigorous research.Acupuncture and moxibustion promoting delivery has the advantage of economy, easy operation and being accepted by delivery women compared to the promoting and inducing delivery methods which are effective and commonly used in modern department of herpetology.But the documents are few of acupuncture to enhance security nature of mother and infant, and in particular the researching reports are few of abundant and multi-central cases of illness.In the project, 111 mature and normal delivery women choose the method of acupuncture in sanyinjiao. I adopt the method of single blindness and stochastic comparison.There are three groups: the Acupuncture Group, the Comfort Acupuncture Group and Blank Comparison Group. The situation of fetal heart , the physiological index of parturient in predelivery childbirth delivery , parturient and postpartum hemorrhage, newborn and biochemical criterion is taken as the observing quota. Observing promoting and inducing delivery by acupuncture in sanyinjiao, I evaluate the clinical manifestation of security nature of mothers and infant.The experimental results indicated that:1. The fetal heart rates in three groups do not have significant difference, but Acupuncture in sanyinjiao can make fetal heart rate stable in normal range. Acupuncture in sanyinjiao is safety, and makes fetal heart rate stable in normal rang.2. The physiological index of parturient in predelivery in three groups dose not have significant difference. But the graphs mean that the systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, heart rate and respiratory rate in the Acupuncture Group are more stable than those in the Blank Comparison Group and the Comfort Acupuncture Group. Acupuncture in sanyinjiao has good effect on the physiological index.
