Objective: this article is accomplished to research the effects of Zhong Yao Fu Fang (ZYFF) which can tonify Qi, promote flow of Blood as well as relieve the pain, and to inquire the mechanism of how ZYFF cure the syndrome of muscular fatigue and soreness (SMFS) .Methods: Using the indexes of anti-stess,blood theology, micro- circulation , acesodyne and anti-inflammation to research the effects of ZYFF which can tonify Qi, promote flow of Blood as well as relieve the pain; through the establishment of acute and chronic of rat model of SMFS, and using ELISA, fluorescence spectrophotometry, Optical microscopy ,electron microscopy and so on to inquire the mechanism of how ZYFF cure SMFS.Results: 1. The effects of ZYFF: ZYFF can improve the indexes of acute and chronic SMFS rats induced by downhill running evidently, remarkably prolong the mice's environmental hypoxia survival time, low environmental temperature survival time and swimming with load time, improve the blood circulation in rats with blood stasis and improve the auricle micro-circulation in mice; though it can't have a prominent effect on inhibiting abdominal pain caused by acetic acid in mice ; it has the trend of raising the percentage of pain threshold at 1 hour and 1.5 hour , and it can also raise percentage of maximal possible effect(MPE%) with tail-immersion test; ZYFF can inhibit auricular swelling caused by xylene in mice and remarkably reduce the phlogistic exudation of granuloma induced by croton oil in rats.2. The mechanism of ZYFF: ZYFF can maintain consistence of Glucose, reduce the level of BL, CK, BUN, MDA and raise the level of SOD, IL-6 in plasma, raise the ratio of DA/5-HT in hypothalamus.Conclusions: ZYFF has the effects of tonifying Qi,promoting flow of Blood , relieve the pain as well as ainti-inflammation and so on; The mechanism of how ZYFF cure SMFS is that ZYFF can improve adaptability of exercise load by...
