Purpose: To discuss the effect and the mechanism research of tectology of bone after traditional Chinese medicine Zishenwan applied to gelding osteoporosis female rat.Method: Female SD rats (n=66, 15 weeks old) were randomly assigned to 6 groups of 11 each, the control group were shamly operated; the other groups were performed surgical of removal both ovary. After surgery, medicines were given 2weeks after surgery, which last.12weeks. Collect the blood and determine serum E2 and ALP, and then kill the rats. After executing take the outlying 1/3 quarters of thighbone and close 1/3 quarters of shinbone, investigate the tectology of bone.Result: The level of ALP increased and the level E2 of decreased in model group. lumber number of bone significantly reduce, the bone organization degraded, the number of trabecula reduced, the thickness become thin, the area percent declined. In Zishenwan group including big, middle, small dosage group and nilestriol group, the number of trabecula increased, the thickness thickened, the area percent raised, which has the statistics meaning, (p<0.05).Conclusion: Traditional Chinese medicine has improved the bone organization form of ovary osteoporosis rats, makes the rats' bone number increase of trabecula, area percentage rising. Its curative effect is possibly go up with serum estradiol, so reduce the active of broken bone cell, increase the active of bone cell.It show that traditional Chinese medicine have certain treatment role for osteoporosis.
