Diabetic Foot Optimize The Program After Treatment Follow-up Study

Objective To observe the long-term effects of the optimization plan of Combination of Chinese medicine and West Medicine in treating diabetic foot and evaluating the life-quality condition and self-care ability of diabtic foot (DF) patients by diabetic quality of life(DQOL)and diabetic self-care scale(DSCS) for constituting better treatment project and interfering DF earlier.Methods According to whether accept systemic optimization plan in treating diabetic foot , the patients were divided into study group(n=30) and control group(n=10).One-set is to observe wound healing effectiveness, the integrate therapeutic effectiveness, limb function, life-quality and self-care ability of study group with comparision themselves, the other is to observe these aspects of two groups with parallel comparasion.Results The recent treatment effect of two groups is comparative (P>0.05) .The long-term wound healing effectiveness and the integrate therapeutic effectiveness of study group is better than recent effectiveness (P<0.05) .The long-term limb function effectiveness is comparative with recent effectiveness (P>0.05). Above these effects of study group are better than control group (P<0.05) . On the evaluation of life-quality, the score squence of the 4 fields from low to high in the study group are as follows: psychological field, physiological field, therapeutic field and social relationships field.Thc average score of 4 fields are more high than control group.But the average score of relationship field in two group is no obvious statistic difference (P>0.05) .On the evaluation of self-care ability, the score squence of self-care ability scale from high to low in the study group are as follows: Take medicines following the doctor's order, feet nursing, the treatment of abnormal blood glucose, monitoring of blood glucose, diet control, exercises.The score of each aspect in study group is much higher than control group.But the average score of feet nursing, the treatment of abnormal blood glucose and take medicines following the doctor's order in two groups have obvious statistic difference (P<0.05) .Conclusion The way that the optimization plan of Combination of Chinese medicine and West Medicine in treating DF have better long-term effects and can improve the life-quality of DF patients and self-care ability in a certain extent.
