Objective: To probe the relationship between contents of CRP,TNF-a and IL-6 in blood serum of different SD rats with their neuro-function. Observing the effects and possible mechanisms of Tongluotangtai Polypharmaceutical on earlier period diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN) in SD rats.Methods: Select SD rats to create the models though injecting alloxan saline (2%, 120mg/kg) into abdominal cavity every other day. Divided the animals into four groups randomly: including blank group, west medicine group, Tongluotangtai Polypharmaceutical (high and low-dosage)groups. Each group has 12 rats. Take ten normal rats similaly in weight and age as normal group. Treat with normal sodium, disparity dosage Tongluotangtai Polypharmaceutical, extractum and Methycoba, dimethyl biguanid.Measure sciatic nerve conduction velocity and the level of CRP,TNF-a,IL-6 and blood-fat in blood serum of every group 12 weeks later.Results: Sciatic nerve conduction velocity of the model group step down obviously(P<0.01), at the same time, comparing with the normal group, the level of blood-fat and CRP,TNF-a,IL-6 rose significantly(P <0.01). Tongluotangtai Polypharmaceutical had the role of getting blood-fat and CRP,TNF-a,IL-6 decreased and regulate sciatic nerve conduction velocity.Conclusions: Nerve conduction velocity of the rats slow down after building the model. High dosage Tongluotangtai Polypharmaceutical can effectively regulate neuro-function of experiment DPN rats. Anti-inflammation and improve lipid metabolism may possibly be one of its functional mechanisms. |
