Objective: To study the protective effect of the ultra fine powder and the ethanol extracts of Rhodiola sachalimemsis A.Bor. on acute liver injury in mice, and compare the protective effect and dose-effect relationship between equal dose of them. Method: (1)The rats were randomly divided into blank control group, model group, ultra fine powder of Rhodiola sachalimemsis A.Bor.300 nm group, 500-1000 nm group, 1-5μm group and Huganning Tablet group, with the Rhodiola sachalimemsis A.Bor. treatment groups were divided high dose groups and low dose groups. (2)Treatment groups were administered orally for 5 days, meanwhile normal control group and model group were administered orally with equal distilled water, 2 times/day. In the 6-8 days, after orally gavages for 30 minutes, all groups were given 55°alcohol(0.12g/10g) except blank control group, and the blank control group were given equal distilled water, then the alcohol model was gained. After the last orally gavages and fasting for 16h,arterial blood was drown from the mice, then determine the levels of ALT , AST in serums and the contents of MDA, activity of SOD in livers, and extraction tissue slice of liver ,with HE staining. (3)Treatment groups were administered orally for 4 days, meanwhile normal control group and model group were administered orally with equal distilled water, 1 times/day. After the last orally gavages for 1h, blank control group was administrated intra peritoneal with 0.3 ml saline, the other groups were administrated intra peritoneal with D-GalN, then the D-GalN model was gained. After the last orally gavages and fasting for 16h,arterial blood was drown from the mice, then determine the levels of ALT , AST in serums and the contents of MDA, SOD in livers, and extraction tissue slice of liver ,with HE staining.Result: (1)The Rhodiola sachalimemsis A.Bor. 300nm high dose group, the 0.5~1μm high and low dose group and the 1-5μm low dose group significantly reduced the levels of serum ALT and AST which were induced by ethanol, and the contents of MDA, activity of SOD in livers were significant difference between the model groups and the control group (P<0.01).(2)The 300nn, 500nm high dose groups and 1-5μm...
