| Recurrent respiratory tract infection (RRTI) is a kind of familiar disease of children. Purpose: To observe curative effects of Zhuang' er Grandules on infantile recurrent respiratory infection with Qi-Yin deficiency syndrome.Methods: 86 cases of RRTI with QYDS were divided into two groups at randoms:the ZG treatment group and the "ka man shu" oral liquor control group. The treating period is one months, and then keep baby-sitting for six months. In this period, we will contrast the times of recrudescing, clinical symptom, T cell subgroup immunoglobulin and alexin C3 before and after treatment. Result: Total effective rates in the treating group and the control group were 90.0%and 80.6%respectively. The therapeutic efficacy in treatment group was significantly higher than in control group (P<0.05).
