Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness of regulating-blood therapy in the treatment of different categories of chloasma , to probe into the serum level of estradiol (E2) of chloasma and to investigate its effects on blood serum estradiol (E2) of different categories.Methods:48 patients:the type of splenic asthenia blood stasis is 17 cases(35. 4%), the type of stagnation of liver-QI blood stasis is 23 cases(47.9%), the type of renal deficiency blood stasis is 8 cases (16. 7%) ;They were distributed into two groups by random. 28 of the experimental group (treated with regulating-blood therapy ) and 20 of the control group (treated with vitamin C).To investigate the serum level of blood serum estradiol of chloasma patients and the control group. To contrast the total lesion counts, the clinical effect and blood serum estradiol level before and after treatment in experimental and control groups. Results:The clinical effect and the reduction of total lesion counts of experimental group was superior to the control group (p<0. 05). The level of blood serum estradiol was significantly lower though regulating-blood therapy(p<0.05).Conclusion: Regulating-blood therapy had definite clinical effect in treating chloasma. It could lower the serum level of estradiol. |
