| The mature fruits of the Polygounum orientale.L is from Polygoaceae of the traditional Chinese medicine.The medicine can treat stomach-ache, intumescene, inflammation, bad stomach digest, accepted in Chinese pharmacopoeia in 2005 edition. The article carried on the related research on the chemistry composition and its qualities of the fruits of the Polygounum orientale.L on the pharmacological studies foundation before.The extraction and isolation were accomplished with solvent and chromatographical method about the herb ,got 9 compounds, identified 7 compounds as follows: 3,5,7-trihydrochromone ( â… ) ,kaempferol ( â…¡ ) ,5,7,4 ' -trihydroxydihy-droflavonol ( â…¢ ) ,dihydroquercetin ( â…£ ) ,quercetin (â…¥) ,p-hydroxyphenyle-thanol ferulate (â…¦), p-hydroxyphenylethanol-p-coumaric (â…¨), the compound (â…¡ ) (â…¢) were discovered for the first time from the herb.The article studied the ethyl acetate fraction got the HPLC fingerprint diagram. There were 11 common peaks in the diagram.,The analysis method has good credibility and stability. The research provided certain science parameter to control the quality of the fruits of the Polygounum orientale.L.On the foundation of chemical composition research, the article established its quantitalive analysis , drew up the explicit quality standard. The TLC method was exclusive, with the main valid composition quercetin to establish, the quanlitative analysis method , well repeated and good credibility .Our research can effectively control the quality of the fruits of Polygounum orientale.L. |
