As an important component of Chinese Traditional Medicine, Meridians theory has been developing for thousands of years. During the past couple of decades, research on Meridian electrical characteristics focuses mainly on impedance. This paper puts forward a new approach to explore the Meridian characteristics after researching on characteristics of dynamic transmission of human body electricity information. Built on known research results of Meridian electricity characteristics, this paper puts forward a systematic approach to explore the electrical characteristics of information transmission process of Meridian. This approach is based on a data production and acquisition system and dynamic information transmission process analysis. By utilizing optimal estimation and wavelet transform, a series of basic electricity information experiments with analysis on Body Channel System, aiming at the meridian section, Tai Chong—Tai Xi, of the Body-channel, Zu Jue Yin Liver Meridian and Zu Shao Yin Kidney Meridian. The positive method of information has been used to study the relationships between meridians and organs systemically and deeply on fixed position, determining the nature and quantitative analysis; the objective existence of meridian, the types of relationship between meridians and organs as well as the quantitative relation of them have been explained clearer.
