The Role Of Of. Anemarrhena Saponins On The Regulation Of Hydrogen Test Animal Neuroendocrine-immune And Stress

Objective: To provide experimental data for the clinical application of total timsapinins (ITS) to alleviate the adverse effect of corticosteroids (CCs), and even to develop more effective medicine to alleviate the adverse effect of CCs.Methods: Firstly, we established the over-hydrocortisone model (OHM) mice, and then, regarding this model as experimental object, investigated the effect of the TTS on body weight, locomotor activity, body temperature, cardiac rate, immune ability (spleens index, thymus index, phagocytic function of macrophage and the ability of humoral immunity ), the ability of anti-stress (cold, heat, tiredness and hypoxia), pain threshold, the weight of adrenal gland, the content of VC in adrenal gland in OHM mice, and on monoamine neurotransmitters and their metabolites in the brain of OHM mice.Results: The TTS can not only decrease the cardiac rate, locomotor activity and body temperature, increase the immune ability, ability of anti-stress, pain threshold and protect the function of adrenal cortex in OHM mice, but also can change the levels of monoamine neurotransmitters and their metabolites in the brain of OHM mice.
